Certified with the prestigious Junhonzan mark, Kyoto Motobetsusen label, and rare Chō-Tokkyū (Super-Grade) seal, this medium-hard, extra-fine finishing stone delivers crisp sharpening feedback, exceptional edge control, and an elegant kasumi finish. It is suitable for the final sharpening of a wide variety of edged tools and is especially well suited for kitchen knives.
