This is a vintage Japanese plane (Kanna) signed by Ebisu Heihachiro (恵比寿 平八郎).
It has a 70mm Sunpachi blade width, the most popular size for Japanese planes.
Made in the late Showa period (1970s–1980s), this is a deadstock unused piece, already honba-sharpened (本刃付け済み), ready for use or collection.
