Refund Policy

If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the situation, we will offer a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

For customers located in the European Union (EU), you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the final item in your order, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws. This right is subject to any applicable legal exceptions.

For customers outside the European Union, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer convenience.

Natural whetstones and traditional woodworking tools are made from natural materials and may vary in color, pattern, texture, and dimensions. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable.
