Shipping Policy

Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed, excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays.

We ship orders using Japan Post, Yamato Transport, FedEx, DHL, or other reliable carriers, depending on the destination and the items ordered.

Where applicable, shipping costs are included in the product price. If additional shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.
