Its clean, suji-free sharpening surface and excellent balance of hardness and usability make it suitable for both experienced sharpeners and beginners.
Slightly harder than medium, it offers excellent bite on steel, strong polishing performance, and smooth sharpening feedback while remaining easy to control. It produces a bright, refined finish and is ideal for kitchen knives, chisels, plane blades, razors, and other precision edge tools.
