This Rare Stone Red Iromono (Aka-pin) features a gentle reddish tone with faint Karasu (crow-feather) patterns and a soft, slightly cloudy surface that produces a smooth kasumi-style finish.
Soft in hardness, it excels in sharpening kitchen knives and delicate edge tools, providing a pleasant tactile feel and rich slurry generation.
Natural suji (lines) are visible and can be felt during use, but they do not interfere with sharpening performance.
