Authentic Japanese Natural Whetstone from Shohonyama, Kyoto.
This rare Red Iromono (Aka-pin) features a beautiful reddish color with subtle Karasu patterns. Its soft hardness produces rich slurry, smooth sharpening feedback, and an excellent kasumi finish.
Natural suji (mineral lines) are present but do not affect sharpening performance.
