This Karasu Awasedo features a striking Karasu (crow) pattern across the sharpening surface. Its soft to medium-hard structure produces rich slurry, smooth sharpening feedback, and a beautiful kasumi finish. Natural suji (mineral lines) are present but do not affect sharpening performance.
