This authentic Nakayama Akapin Ikimurasaki Nashiji Awasedo comes from the legendary Nakayama Mine in Kyoto, Japan.
Featuring the rare Akapin base color, beautiful Ikimurasaki hues, and a delicate Nashiji texture, this medium-hard finishing stone generates slurry quickly and provides smooth, responsive sharpening feedback.
It is suitable for the final sharpening of a wide variety of edged tools and is especially well suited for kitchen knives.
