An authentic, extra-thick #24 size Suita natural whetstone from the historic Ōhira Mine in Kyoto, Japan.

This premium stone is a rare Momiji Suita, displaying beautiful and distinct autumn maple leaf (Momiji) patterns across the sharpening surface. Its striking natural appearance makes it highly desirable among both serious users and collectors of premium Japanese natural stones.

Mined from old Ōhira stock, it combines a medium-hard texture with exceptionally strong polishing power and fast cutting response. The stone provides excellent tactile feedback, precise edge control, and a refined semi-mirror Kasumi finish.
