Selected as Daikudou Tokusen, this premium medium-hard finishing stone offers an excellent balance of cutting speed and polishing performance. It delivers smooth, responsive sharpening feedback, refined edge control, and produces a beautiful kasumi finish. It is suitable for the final sharpening of a wide variety of edged tools and is especially well suited for kitchen knives.
