This Renge Suminagashi Suita features a beautiful white surface with elegant Renge (lotus flower) patterns and distinctive Suminagashi (ink-like) markings, creating a striking appearance unique to natural Kyoto whetstones.
Its soft, slightly porous structure produces rich slurry, exceptionally smooth sharpening feedback, and a beautiful kasumi finish, making it ideal for kitchen knives, chisels, plane blades, and razors. Natural suji are present but do not affect sharpening performance, allowing the stone to be used with confidence.
