The stone displays a rare Momiji (maple-leaf style) reddish pattern on its soft white base. As a soft, coarse-grade Suita, it offers a quick cutting response and a crisp sharpening feel.
Some natural suji (lines) are present on the upper surface and can be slightly felt, but they do not interfere with practical sharpening.
