This White Suita features a rare Momiji (maple-leaf) pattern on a beautiful white base. Its soft, slightly coarse structure produces rich slurry, quick cutting performance, and smooth sharpening feedback, making it ideal for creating a natural kasumi finish. Natural suji (mineral lines) are present and may be slightly felt, but they do not affect practical sharpening performance.
